Kaile Magnien Architects is a young practice founded by Josh Kaile and Marie Magnien, combining a passion for thoughtful design with hands-on technical expertise. Rooted in the belief that architecture should bring joy to everyday living, the studio balances ambitious ideas with practical, buildable solutions. Our work is grounded in sustainability, material quality, and a strong sense of place. With experience spanning large-scale housing schemes, hospitality, and finely crafted residential projects, we focus on creating homes, spaces and communities that are simple, resilient, and deeply connected to the people who use them. We have delivered projects across many London boroughs and throughout the UK, including in sensitive contexts such as Conservation Areas, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and listed buildings.
